Time to bust out some kitchen skills and heat up that oven with a gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza that everyone can enjoy—thanks to Ricardo Cuisine. 🙌 💯 Here’s the full recipe👇
Ingredients:
🥦 3 cups cauliflower florets
🧀 1 ¼ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
🧀 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
🌱 ¼ cup chickpea flour
🥚 1 egg
🌿 ½ tsp dried oregano
🌶 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
🧄 ¼ tsp garlic powder
🍳 Olive oil for brushing
Toppings:
🍅 ½ cup tomato sauce
🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
🥗 1 cup arugula
🍒 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greased with olive oil.
2️⃣ Process cauliflower into small pieces (like couscous) and squeeze out excess moisture.
3️⃣ Mix cauliflower with mozzarella, Parmesan, chickpea flour, egg, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Season with pepper.
4️⃣ Form the mixture into an 11" circle on the parchment paper, brush with olive oil, and bake for 17-20 mins until golden.
5️⃣ Add tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, bake for 8 more minutes.
6️⃣ Top with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes.
